Hi - I'm experiencing the same issues detailed at this link by several users. Basically our custom events are collecting fine for Android but iOS is only collecting the default events.

Unity version 2020.3.14f1

Thanks
Dan

Hello,

I recently experienced something similar, but to narrow the issue would you be able to include your Unity Log from before and during the ios build to Xcode process?

Additionally, if you are running in a simulator (or with an attached device) in XCode could you please separately include your Xcode log. Optionally, enable the flag -FIRAnalyticsVerboseLoggingEnabled in your projects Xcode scheme if prompted to in the logs. Instructions for how to do so can be found here (also linked in the debug log itself).

Best,
Joe

Hi Joe thanks for getting back to me.

I've attached the build logs from both Unity and XCode. Unfortunately, we don't have access to the runtime logs as we are building with a client's certificate. I appreciate it would be helpful to see what is being fired at the time we're dispatching custom events... I need to give the client an understanding of the issue, most importantly whether a fix to this issue would require a re-release with a new Firebase SDK.

Many thanks for your help.
Dan

Hello,

I gave it a lookover and didn't see anything too similar to what I was witnessing on my end. That said, two follow ups:

1) When you first open the project does anything appear in the console regarding a missing or misconfigured field in your plist file?
2) Is there any possibility you could get access to the runtime logs? Much of my debugging of my (possibly) similar issue relied on that.

Regards,
Joe

Thanks for helping out Joe. Unfortunately we don't have access to the logs and can't see anything in the logs we do have.
