SMS Quota exceeded for this project

Hello, 

My app has been running for 2 years without ever even reaching the free tier for phone authentication (10K) and still currently very far away. 
Recently, users of my app are unable to login because of a quota exceeded error on phone authentication. this limit is restarted daily so it works for a couple of hours and then the error happens again until the day ends.
I checked firebase usage and I'm far away for the limits and also I am on Blaze plan.
I also checked GCP quotas page and all quota are within limit.
Support says this as a reply: "
Cloud Functions quotas are all within limits, the quota exceeded messages are coming from another system."

I did not understand what is happening and I cant solve it, meanwhile my app is losing revenue and users.

Hello Mhmd,

I had a look at the support case. I'll have them reopen and investigate. Hang in there while we have a look.
