Is First_open event counting when a user re-install an app?

The variable of first_open counts the event when a user opens the app the first time. What happens in this scenario?

- An user download the app (the first_open is counted), after using it for a while the user remove the app (app_remove). After some weeks the user decide to download and install again the app.

Althought is not his first time opening the application this user would be like a new one. This is really important for me to manage my stats app. Anyone knows if this second install is counted as a first_open again? Thank you very much.

Looks like this is answered in automatically collected events:

the first time a user launches an app after installing or re-installing it.

This event is not triggered when a user downloads the app onto a device, but instead when he or she first uses it. To see raw download numbers, look in Google Play Developer Console or in iTunesConnect.
