firebase with phone-based OTP verification not working

I have made a flutter app with firebase with phone-based OTP verification, it is working fine in debug mode and release APK. But after uploading to the play store then there is a problem, 

I have updated the google-service.json file, 

I have added SHA - 1 and SHA - 256 keys from the play console to firebase project settings, and add enable ReCaptcha and SafetyNet in my project still, it's not working they tell me An OAuth2 client already exists for this package name and SHA-1 certificate in another project. You can omit the SHA-1 certificate for now

how i can fix it ?

Hello, 

Maybe there is something that is missing in the process. So, once you add a new SHA1 or SHA256 fingerprints, an Oauth client is added to your project, however this is not linked to your application until you download a new copy of the google-services.json file and replace the old with this one in your Android project. Then, locally you will have the connection, but since the application is signed by Google Play, you are not able to test it until you upload a brand new copy of your app (an update) to the Google Play Store. 

Once the app is uploaded to the Google Play Store, the phone auth should work. My recommendation is to test your applications in a closed environment (selecting some testers or using the beta function) just to prevent all the users from downloading the app without being tested.
