Why is there no option for controlling firebase cloud messaging vibrate and light?

As the title states, why are there no controls for controlling whether or not we can turn the vibrate and the light on and off when a notification is received? I've tried searching online for a solution, but the solution will be altering the FCM sdk (since I am developing on Unity)... which is something I don't want to do. Am I wrong and is there a way? And if there isn't, when will it be implemented?
