Unable to download google-services.json

After creating a new project, I am unable to download the google-services.json Android config file. I get an error from Chrome that says "Failed - Forbidden" in the download bar whenever I click the download button. If I open up the link in a new tab, the error given is "ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE".

I've tried deleting the project and creating it again, but it still won't download the file.

This is the URL (with a redacted package name) that the download button is pointing to:

https://console.firebase.google.com/m/mobilesdk/projects/{{package-name}}/clients/android%3A{{package-name}}/artifacts/2?param=["getArtifactRequest","{{package-name}}","{{package-name}}","2"]

Any tips on how to get this working?

Yes sorry, didn't see the post had to wait for review before being posted. I thought it errored out and didn't work. The one you linked has better information.
