Firebase Storage Could not load files; quota has been exceeded for this project

I'm using Spark plan for development phrase and daily bandwidth was exceeded on Jan 18th. However, this situation remains until Jan 19th while zero bandwidth is used. 

Is this normal? How long after the limit is exceeded the project can work normally again?

Hi Neo,

Storage limits are refreshed at midnight PST. Could this be why you are not seeing the quota return to zero just yet?

Thanks for your reply. Good to know that. But It will be more user-friendly if it gives a more specific message,  e.g  The time the project will available again.
