1)  Fastener 70mm short - Is the material made of plastic or metal?

2)  Refill ink black - is the refill for what use (stamp pad, permanent marker, ......)?

3)  Twin marker - do you mean 2-in-1 permanent marker with fine and extra fine tips?

4)  Scissors - what is the size or length of your required scissors (5-inch, 7-inch, 9-inch......)?

1) What is your color requirement for the twin marker and do you have a preferred brand?

2) Arch file A4 black 2-ring, 3" - what do you mean of 3 inches, is it the clip height?  Is your Arch file requirement the same as shown in the picture below (portrait type)?
