FHIrbase or libraries programming language

Hi flok . 

I m python programmer , and has EHR project . I dont want Smart On Fhir and I must implement with APIS.

Please tell me .what is diffrence beween fhirbase and othe libraries (I think both present data model ,)

whats is one of two is more securty?

Please introduce library fhir in python but is not SMART.

fhirbase is not a library - but database with support of FHIR
