My DC/DC converter was taking up to 55 minutes to come on with the green light.
I'm changing it out.
When I removed it, a simple slap to the side made the green light come on.

Sooooo.  Keep an I on your green DC/DC light when you power up the big batteries.

Interestingly, I had the DC/DC converter fail in the middle of a condition (annual) inspection.  We were showing the A/I how all the electric stuff got connected and turned on and to our surprise "no green light".  As with all things on an aircraft, I expected the DC/DC converter was going to be hard to find and mind-numbingly expensive.  It was neither.  The Alisport representative Leo Bennetti-Longhini had a replacement on-sight and installed in about a week.  Knowing him, he probably ordered a couple spares.  I love that guy.
