StopSig files not concatenated correctly

Hi,

I have previously done some work with the stop signal task using the FEDs and sometimes the sessions would get interrupted. I used the FED3VIZ concatenation option to deal with this, but I noticed the concatenated StopSig files don't have the same events as the raw StopSig files (e.g. events like >Left_Regular_trial, NoPoke_Regular_(incorrect), >Left_Stop_trial, NoPoke_STOP_(correct) are missing). I was wondering how we might sort out this issue.

Hi Taaseen,
FedViz was written about 5 years ago and unfortunately the concentration function is not flexible enough to handle custom event names.

I'd recommend trying to ask ChatGPT to do what you want, it's often super good at tasks like this.
