Screen Issue

I am having an issue with one of my 3.1 fed devices screens. When turned on it either doesn't pop up with anything at all and the screen is blank, or it pops up with this static thing that covers the screen (see attachment).

Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? Anything would be helpful thank you.

Hi! One quick idea - can you try re-flashing it with FED3 code?  If it doesn't have any FED3 code on it (for instance if you flashed an example Arduino script like Blink) it will look like that.
