SPEC ID: problem with sub species

Hello

my lines are the following

&SPEC ID='AIR', BACKGROUND=.TRUE./
&SPEC_ID='NITROGEN'/
&SPEC_ID='OXYGEN'/
&SPEC_ID='WATER VAPOR'/
&SPEC_ID='CARBON DIOXIDE'/

&SPEC ID='Atemluft',
    SPEC_ID(1) = 'NITROGEN', MASS_FRACTION(1)=0.76274,
    SPEC_ID(2) = 'OXYGEN', MASS_FRACTION(2)=0.18054,
    SPEC_ID(3) = 'WATER VAPOR', MASS_FRACTION(3)=0.01626,
    SPEC_ID(4) = 'CARBON DIOXIDE', MASS_FRACTION(4)=0.04046 /

cmd shows the error

ERROR: SPEC Atemluft, sub species 1 not found

could anyone help to find my error please

The output strings are case-sensitive.  You need to capitalize CARBON DIOXIDE.
