fds output time

I suddenly had a problem I had not encountered befor

              (When I set in fds dt = 2 (time step2

For some reason, my data in Excel is measured every 5 seconds, not every second that runs

?What can I do to get this full data

Hi,

please copy & paste the entire line that is causing this problem.

I expect you modified the &DUMP line.

Please show your previous settings that worked AND the modified settings that causes a problem.

  If you would like to get output in devc.xlsx file at every 5 seconds, you should write DT_DEVC=5 in DUMP line.

I want the Axel will give me results of every 2 seconds not 5

As it did to me in the past, It started to take out every 5 seconds although it was set every 2 seconds ..

&DUMP DT_DEVC=2, DT_HRR=2/

DT on the TIME line sets the max DT in the simulation.  If this is not set, FDS may take larger time steps.  This will increase your simulation time by some factor.

Or add DT_SLCF=2 on the DUMP line.  This is all described in the user guide.
