Hi,
According to the user guide, soot yield is calculated as
y_s= nu_s*W_s/W_f

If a reaction is defined as
a(C_x1 H_y2 )+ b(C_x2 Hy_2)+ Air -> products + nu_s*Soot

is it correct to calculate soot yield as

y_s=nu_s* W_s/ (a*W_f1 + b*W_f2)

where W_f1 and W_f2 are the molar weights of C_x1 H_y2 and C_x2 Hy_2, respectively.

SOOT_YIELD is appropriate for the single reaction model. If you want to consider two fuels, you need to define all reactants and products explicitly.

Thank you. I am defining the fuels as a lumped mixture, similar to section 15.2.2.
