Visting your school...take 2.

Dear fellow Upper School Administrators,

I hope your year is off to a good start.  In early August I wrote to you asking if you would be willing to host any of our teachers for a half day or so on October 17th.   We are doing a curriculum review  and I would like our faculty to see the good work that is being done at your schools.  Unfortunately, a school-wide project will need to take precedence on Oct. 17th, so we are unable to come on that day after all.  However, we have an open slot on February 13th when we could come for a visit if you are open to it and in session. If this works for you, please let me know, and I will let our teachers know to reach out to your department chairs to arrange the visit.  If this is not the best date for many of you, we'll go back to the drawing board next year:)

Again, the hope is that these could be beneficial to both parties, and we will be happy to host any of your teachers when it is convenient for you.
