Corpulent Travellers,

I suggest we deal with the teams as follows. The team of 4 plays against the team of 3 who have a roving double-bubble. Draw lots for who gets double on hole 1 and another on hole 2 then rotate the 3. If the double-bubbler gets the top score on his own his score is counted twice. Otherwise its the best two scores counting. 

My suggestions for the formats are:

Day 1 - Cima
Team event 2 points for each of the winners

Day 2 - Ria
Singles, 3 points for top score, 2 for second, 1 for 3rd. Tie for first both get 3, next in and equals get 1. Tie for 2nd both get 2 points no 3rd

Day3 - Ria
Team event 2 points for each of the winners

Day 4
Singles as above

For the trophy, if there is a tie on the week, day 4 scores apply with count back if necessary.

Handicap adjustments 

Start with full handicaps
Team events - losers get an extra shot on handicap
Day 2 singles - Winner (and equals) get cut 2, if winner not tied second (and equals) gets cut 1

I think this proves my point it was 21.7 on Saturday and was changed on Sunday for a competition I played on Thursday when I recorded my worst score for months. So today it is 21.3, I suspect it will not be that when we go next week. Hence look at the England Golf on the day we play.

Phil,

So you had the worst round for months and got cut 0.4? That sounds like rough treatment...

Of course we will update before we play, but I do need them now to have a rough chance of making a fair book.
