'Story ID' Reused Error on StoriesOnline

I was downloading some stories from storiesonline.net and am getting a specific error on 4 fics

https://storiesonline.net/s/43219/country-girl

I have checked and this is not an issue of running out of the day's downloads (and that gives a different error anyways). The error I am getting is 

Page Not Found - Story ID Reused? (https://storiesonline.net/s/60059/dare-book-i/1)

For reference I am using the Calibre plugin

Looks to me like those stories have all been removed from the site. They come up as "Not Found" and FFF is reporting "Page Not Found".  I don't remember why it also calls out "Story ID Reused?" -- I assume that was a cause of this problem at the time.

I also tried and while I can open all them on the browser just fine, with FFF I get a 404..

Hmmm.  I assume you were logged in to the site, because then those stories appear.  

Apparently site now reports 'Not Found' instead of login required.  And this came up before:

https://github.com/JimmXinu/FanFicFare/issues/1185

I chose to implement an always_login setting instead of attempting login for Not Found stories.  Please try setting always_login:true
