Constant Tension Spring Clamps

Does anyone in the group have any spare constant tension spring clamps and the tool to install them? I want to replace the hose clamps on my oil drain lines with the spring clamps. I need 6 clamps.(happy to pay for them).  

 If you don’t have the clamps, I still need the tool.
