impute FAMD

Hello 

I am new here to FactoMineR. I have a question. I have an error when imupting data

'data.frame': 18 obs. of  18 variables:

comprised of 2chr, 10 factors, and 5 numeric values

>find_missing_data <-estim_ncpFAMD(mypoc)

>find_missing_data

Error in apply(tabdisj[, (vec[i] + 1):vec[i + 1]], 1, which.max) : 

  dim(X) must have a positive length

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

In your data set, you must have categorical or quantiative variables only. You have some character variables which must be transformed in factors or suppressed before imputation and FAMD.
