Hello,

where in the res.hcpc output can I find the intra- and inter-cluster inertia for every possible cluster solution? Similar to this table from Flemmen et al. (2019: 842), I'd like to present the inertia values of the other cluster solutions to be able to properly justify the choice of the number of clusters in my paper. I know that this information is partially available graphically, but I'd prefer it in actual numerical form. Is information like that saved in the res.hcpc output? And if yes, where can I find it?

Best,
Florian

Hello,

In the object $call$t$within you will find the within inertia for 1 cluster, then 2 clusters, 3 clusters, etc.

In the object $call$t$inert.gain you will find the gain of inertia.
