How can I connect to Oracle?

the oracle version is about 11.2, could you please show me how to download the oracle jdbc file and connect it succesfully?it's thin with port 1521 ,it's on centos 7 , I had tried days but failed.

Which are the drivers you have tried ? I have been using the driver from an old JDBC driver package ojdbc6.jar successfully with Oracle 11.2 for the past few years. Never bothered to update it - so not sure if newer drivers work or not.

Just checked the Oracle site, and it looks like ojdbc6.jar is still available in their download archive https://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/otn_software/jdbc/12102/ojdbc-full.tar.gz. (Accessible through the page https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-drivers-archive.html  in the last section for Oracle 12.1.0.2)

I have not tried all of these, but they should work ok. That said, if the one you are using now still works with the database you are connecting to, you might not need to change it (??).

Install and manage the driver from the left pane. I have attached a screenshot of what my Oracle driver looks like.
