Here is the official vote thread with language shared on groupme.  It will pass with 9 yay votes.  I vote Yay.

Going to strike and replace this entire section since the numbers change:

Motion to Strike Section IV. e.

e. Trades

  1. There is no limit on number of trades

  2. Trades must be proposed and accepted via the LMS

  3. The "Trade Deadline" will be at 7pm EST on the Thursday prior to week 13 of the regular season

  4. Owners may begin trading as soon as official rosters are loaded into the LMS and can trade anytime up to the "Trade Deadline"

  5. All trades will be under review of The League for a period of one (1) day prior to processing

  6. Trades may be vetoed by vote of 50% + 1 of the non-involved team Owners (6 nay votes) via the LMS

  7. Abstained votes will be counted as aye's

  8. Vetoing a trade shall be a matter of last resort and reserved for instances of Collusion.  Owners are encouraged to raise concerns about a trade and inquire further about the motivation behind a trade during the review period.  Collusion is defined as any trade or act between two or more Owners for a fraudulent or deceitful purpose

  9. Owners CANNOT exchange money for players

  10. Owners CANNOT exchange their next season's draft positions for players

  11. Owners CANNOT trade a player for future consideration

  12. Owners CANNOT make a trade retroactive, nor may Owners retroactively trade a player’s statistics

  13. Owners CANNOT invalidate or cancel a pending or accepted trade based on a claim of mistake

  14. Trades must be accepted, but not necessarily approved prior the "Trade Deadline"

  15. The Commissioner retains the right to overturn any trade where the above is suspected.  In this case it will be documented by email and on The League page, and must be overturned prior to the start of the next regularly scheduled NFL game

And REPLACE WITH:
