To change the constitution, votes have to take place through email.  I will be sending out separate threads for each discussion topic with one going at a time.  In each thread you will have

a) Copy of the current version of the constitution
b) Offseson to do list - This also has the results of the offseason poll.  


Amendment #7 is to add kickers back to the league and add one more round to the draft to keep the bench spots the same.  Let's vote to add it, and if it passes, we will vote in the scoring---i just don't want to litigate that if kickers does not get 9 votes.   

In Section IV. 
Move to STRIKE

  1. Starting Lineups

    1. Owners will submit a lineup each week, via LMS, consisting of the following positions from their active team roster: 

      • 1 Quarterback 

      • 2 Running backs 

      • 2 Wide Receivers 

      • 2 Flex RB/WR/TE positions 

      • 1 Tight End 

      • 1 Team Defense


AND REPLACE WITH: 

  1. Starting Lineups

    1. Owners will submit a lineup each week, via LMS, consisting of the following positions from their active team roster: 

      • 1 Quarterback 

      • 2 Running backs 

      • 2 Wide Receivers 

      • 2 Flex RB/WR/TE positions 

      • 1 Tight End

      • 1 kicker


This will pass with 9 yay votes.
