Gents, 

To change the constitution, votes have to take place through email.  I will be sending out separate threads for each discussion topic with one going at a time.  In each thread you will have

a) Copy of the current version of the constitution
b) Offseson to do list - This also has the results of the offseason poll.  


Amendment #3 is to move the league from Half-PPR to PPR.  Not a ton more to say here, everyone I think has voiced their opinion, but feel free to add on in the Group me.  I would not bring this if I thought it would have changed draft selection order, but based on the poll the vast majority said it did not (7 no, 2 yes, 2 doesn't care)

In the survey, here were the results:

Here is the official amendment: 
In section V: 

STRIKE 
Reception = 0.5 points

And REPLACE with:
Reception = 1 points

This will pass with 9 yay votes.  I vote Yes.
