2025 Amendment #4 vote Thread - Change waiver period to 1 day

This is the vote thread to change waiver processing from 2 days to 1.  

As a reminder, this is one of the areas where ESPN is especially inflexible.  the only option for "waiver" periods are 1, 2, 3, or 4 days and the FAAB budget run ONLY can happen overnight, usually around 2am.  

Currently we have it set for 2 days, meaning the first waiver run of the week happens on Wednesday overnight and players dropped in that cycle are again available for auction on Saturday overnight.  

If we were to switch to 1 day, it would run on Tuesday night. and again on Thursday night for those dropped.    

Motion is to STRIKE 

Claims for unowned players will be handled through a Free Agent Auction, which will be processed by the LMS on the Thursday following the final game of each week.  

And REPLACE

Claims for unowned players will be handled through a Free Agent Auction, which will be processed by the LMS on the wednesday following the final game of each week.  

Motion will pass with 9 yay votes.
