How to get/set value to the Range by C API

Dear All,

I have read some code regarding get & set value to the Range by using C API but I am not fully understand. As I knew that by using C API the speed is better than using COM.

Anyone can give me some example about this.

I write add-in that will get the value from Range and put into the grid of windows form and after do some calculation then write it back to the Range.
