Copy Addin to Addins folder for "user" repression?

When an addin is installed, Excel prompts the user and asks "Copy the xxxxx.xll to the Addins folder for John Doe?"  Is there a way to repress this prompt and automatically respond "No"?

At the point this question gets asked, your add-in is not loaded and your code is not running.

So I think you’d need an installer (or other way to write to the registry to install the add-in) to skip that.
