EX-IDL get-together – 2025

 

Dear Friends

 

We normally meet once a year at Chiran Fort Club in Begumpet on the last Sunday of January. In Jan 2025, Chiran Fort will not be available due to some renovation.  We may have to explore Yatri Nivas or Minerva. TSP will get back to us shortly. We need to know who is interested in participation including the number of guests, if any. An approximate number of participants to help plan the event is needed.

 

As you are aware, there is no free lunch anywhere. Each of the participants will have to contribute some minimum amount to defray the expenses like: food, venue, incidentals, etc.  There is no leftover amount to spend.

 

Unlike in earlier years, Sri Janardhanan is indisposed and unable to shoulder the responsibility of co-ordinating (collecting funds, invitation/intimation, etc.). Volunteers to substitute for him are not forthcoming.

 

I am requesting everyone to tell Pacha (9848025092) or me two things: 1) Are you participating? If yes, the number of guests, if any. 2) your contribution/commitment towards expenses. I suggest a modest minimum of Rs 1000 per head. The Last date for intimation is 31st December 2024.
