I've been a big fan of Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactors for a very long time, I'd rather it be a country that was a little less authoritarian but I'm glad somebody is building one.

Just to be a little more accurate it's Molten Fluoride Thorium.  The "molten" is important because if something goes wrong you can just let the molten fluoride out and it solidifies in a glassy mass that won't contaminate water.
