Is it the gauge or the sender that’s the issue? If you hook up an ohmmeter between the post and the ground at the tank, it should tell you if the sender is giving the correct resistance. If so, the gauge is the issue. If not, something is going on with the sender end. I can’t remember at the moment what the mopar range is and which end is which, but if you check that resistance full, empty and in the middle it will definitely rule the sender in or out as a problem.
