Hi Dobe , I live in Eugene buy have only been playing online with the GoPanda2 client . I am a 10kyu there. Maybe

we can meetup at funagin games sometime in 2020 for a game! I have a board and stones but it would be difficult to

Unfortunately, I was in Eugene for a year and a half with no Go responses. 

I moved back to WA recently. If I make it back to Eugene, I’ll let you know.

I play and would be into supporting a Eug group.  I'd love if there were a weekly meetup of even a handful of folks, so I could stop by when interested without having to find someone in particular and plan meeting up!

I have seen plenty of Go groups thrive as long as they have two regular players. It is when only one person shows that it becomes impossible to sustain.

I think Weds was a little hard for some people and I am not sure if downtown eugene was hard for people or not. If we did try and restart, what kind of times/locations would work best for everyone?

I'm in the north-west area of town, but downtown or thereabouts would be good, and central for most people.

I think Tuesdays would be my ideal, but Monday-Thursday would work all work fine for me I think.

I live in west eugene and would be interested in playing. Almost every time I tried coming in previous years no one showed up! I have 2 boards I would be willing to bring along with me if we do find a time/place that works. Funagain is an ok location but parking is not the best in my opinion.

I've done a little research. It looks like the library rooms are too small, or too hard to reserve. How about this:

5pm at Marche Provisions, in the 5th st Market?

They have ample seating, indoor and outdoor, and are open until 8. I am open to try anywhere else, and outside of downtown eugene, but this is my best idea atm. If we want to make this a regular thing, we would probably need to make sure to be purchasing something.

I am still down for the first two Tuesdays. So, the 3rd and 10th this month. What do you all say?
