Nominate Wei Fu to be TL of sig-etcd

Dear etcd community,

On behalf of the current SIG etcd leadership (Marek Siarkowicz, Benjamin Wang, Ivan Castillo and myself), I would like to formally nominate Wei Fu @fuweid to be a new Tech Lead for sig-etcd.

Wei has been an etcd member since 2023, and repo maintainer since 2025/03. 

Over the years, Wei has demonstrated a deep understanding of the etcd codebase and a strong commitment to the long-term health and stability of the project. His contributions have been invaluable, particularly in the critical area of etcd robustness, with an impressive track record of tackling some of etcd's most complex challenges. 

Wei's consistent, high-quality contributions show a clear dedication to the project. He has the technical expertise, the right focus on stability, and the collaborative spirit needed to guide the future of etcd.

For these reasons, I believe Wei is an excellent candidate for the Tech Lead position. I am confident he will provide strong technical leadership for the community.

The lazy consensus deadline for this proposal is one week from today - Friday November 28th.

A healthy community relies most on people willing to do the essential “chop wood, carry water” work. It's great to see more contributors stepping up to support the long-term success of etcd.
