3.x.x still newest production release

Hello.

Is 3.x.x still the newest production release?
I am asking since I can also see a 4.x.x folder, and was a bit curious if this could be the newest?

4.x.x is the current stable branch... I'll work on updating that page so it's accurate. Can also look at including checksums for the images posted.
