Здравейте скъпа секция,

миналия уиекенд успяхме да се потопим в миналото и да си припомним хубавите детски спомени. Сега обаче оставяме носталгията настрана и гледаме смело напред.

Носим Ви малко радостни новини или по-скоро едно прекрасно мейлче от Деси по повод Erasmus Generation Meeting (EGM). Това е международно събитие, което ще се проведе от 7 до 10 април 2022 година в Порто, Португалия. Таксата за участие е 100 евро.

Последните две години за съжаление това събитие се отменя заради *кашлюк, кашлюк* знаете защо, но силно се надяваме през 2022 да не ни сполети същата съдба.

За това събитие ЕСН България ще има делегация от  14 души:

- по 1 секционен делегат от всяка секция (11 общо)

- 2 представители на ационалнния борд и съпорт

- 1 Национален делегат

На този етап ние, от ЕСН Софийски Университет, имаме право на едно място за секционен делегат. Практиката показва, че на по-късен етап има възможност да се отвори и второ място ( но за това ще ви държим в течение).

Ще направим вътрешен Open Call за секционен делегат и вътрешно гласуване - очаквайте го до края на месеца.

От Национално ниво е отворен Open Call за Национален делегат, който има малко по-отговорна позиция от селекционните делегати. Може да се запознаете с изискванията в имейла, пратен до всеки активен член. Срокът за кандидатстване е до 24.11.2022 (сряда) 23:59. 

Ако искате да кандидаствате за Национален делегат, моля изпратете ESN CV и мотивационно писмо.

Dear members,

The time has come and the registration for the biggest event - the Erasmus Generation Meeting is open!

The Erasmus Generation Meeting (EGM) is a non-statutory meeting of ESN. It is composed of all the official delegates from ESN member organisations. The aim of the event is to offer a platform for practice sharing, learning and networking for ESN volunteers.

The EGM will be taking place in Porto, Portugal. The event will take place from 7th to 10th of April 2022, and this will be your ultimate opportunity to meet members of ESN from 42 countries and over 500 ESN sections! The participation fee is 100€.

The registration procedure will be as follow:

From the 9th of November 2021 to the 9th of January 2022 by clicking HERE. You only need your ESN Account and your passport/ID to register. 

 

Bear in mind that the registration form includes a few questions regarding your profile. This will be extremely helpful when it comes to defining the approach to the Career Fair that will take place during EGM, so please take your time in order to answer it. 

Approval and Spots

The approval of spots will be done by the National Board after consulting with the Local Boards. 

As you probably already know, ESN Bulgaria has 14 spots - 1 spot per section (total of 11), and 3 national spots that will be distributed - 2 spots for the National Board and 1 spot for the National Delegate that will be chosen by the sections of ESN Bulgaria. More details regarding the Open Call for the National Delegate could be found below in this email.

For any question regarding the EGM or how to create an ESN account, please do not hesitate to message me.

Every participant will receives a confirmation email once he/she is approved.

 

Payment

 

Once you receive the approval confirmation, you will have 7 days to pay! So please make sure you've communicated the payment of the spot with your Local section and University ASAP.

Before submitting your application, you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please, read them carefully!

National Delegate

 

According to the new Statutes and Standing Orders of ESN Bulgaria, the National Delegate will be elected by the Local Sections of ESN Bulgaria.

The National Delegate helps the National Representative in the preparation of the delegation before and during the event. The ND is supposed to be an experienced ESNer that is able to support the NR and to assist and take care of the delegation of ESN Bulgaria.

To ensure enough experience for this complex position, few requirements should be met by the candidates:

- at least 2 National Platforms attended before EGM;

- at least 1 International Event attended before EGM will be considered as an advantage.

If you want to represent ESN Bulgaria and to help me with the preparation of the delegation, you should apply by sending an email at nr-bu...@esn.org with your ESN CV (listing your ESN and other relevant experience and competences) and Motivation Letter, explaining your motivation.

The deadline to apply for National Delegate is 24.11.2021 (Wednesday), 23:59h.

Три слънчеви съобщения в този мрачен понеделник. 🌞

👉1. С този мейл искаме да обявим Open Call за Секционен делегат на предстоящото събитие EGM 2022 в красивата Португалия и по-специално в Порто. Към момента разполагаме с едно място, но съществува и възможността да се отвори и второ, за което ще ви уведомим своевременно.

За да кандидатсвате за Секционен делегат, моля да ни изпратите като отговор на този мейл ESN CV (опитът Ви в организацията и събитията, на които сте присъствали) както и мотивация защо да изберем Вас (до 200 думи).

Срокът за подаване на кандидатурите е до 12.12.2021., като след това ще направим гласуване за Национален и Секционен делегат едновременно.

We have received one candidacy for the position of National Delegate for EGM Portugal 2022. Congratulations for the candidacy to Ivana Nikolaeva from ESN Plovdiv. 

Here you can read her motivation along with her ESN relevant experience. I am now proceeding with the opening of the question round, you may ask her your questions in our forum until 10.12., 23:59h. Registration is NOT needed. She will then have 2 additional days to answer your questions and we will proceed with voting between 13.12. - 19.12.

From now until the end of the voting, the sections will have 2 weeks time to consult between themselves and vote on behalf of the section.

Таксата участие за ЕГМ 2022 е 100 евро. 

Има няколко възможности за покриване на таксата ви:

1. Ако понастоящем имате студентски права към СУ, може да кандидатствате за финансиране към Студентски съвет.

2. Ако не сте студенти, може да се обърнете към ССС (Съвет на софийските секции) за частично или пълно покриване на таксата участие, за което също трябва да кандидатствате.

При въпроси, оставаме на разположение.
