Hello,

I am setting up erpnext for a small FMCG company where a territory sales manager is responsible for one territory. Each territory has many customers. I setup the territories & customers accordingly.

A user in erpnext will be created for each TSM(territory sales manager) so that they can enter their sales orders, check customer ledgers and view sales data for customers present in their territory. A National sales manager should see records of all territories & customers. How can I achieve this using permissions?

kind regards,
Atif Siddiqui

Set User Permissions for your sales managers for "Territory" (add each territory they want to manage)

Then in all documents you want to restrict, in Role Permission Manager, set "Apply User Permissions". Important to note that the territory field must be present.

kind regards,
