where i can get report for the employee appraisal i had created ?....

Bobby,

You can check Report Builder option on the Appraisal List page.

In Report Builder, you can pick required columns and filters and save it. For now, no standard report available for Appraisal. Please create Github issue if want standard report for Appraisal.
