Customer PN showing in Delivery Note

Is there an easy way to setup a customer PN in the Item Master and having this displayed in the delivery note? While it is possible to setup a Supplier PN in the item master, there is no option available in the Item master page to assign a PN by customer so that if there is a delivery note for a given customer that item number is put in the delivery note.

Any thoughts?

Hello Fede,

You can capture Customer's Item Code in Sales Details section of item the master. If this option is not visible for you in the item master, check for this setting in Setup.

Setup >> Customize >> Feature Setup

Ensure "Item Advance" is checked in Feature Setup. If not checked, check and save Feature Setup. Clear cache and refresh browser, and then check in new Item form.

Hi Umair so it looks like there are few options to check.


Item Advanced was already ticked as an option. However I noticed that unless I also select "Sales Extras" under "Sales and Purchase", the Customer table does not appear in the Item Master.

is this deliberate or is this a bug?
