Item Tax Not Pulled

Hi

Using ERPNEXT Ver 4, I am setting default tax in Item itself. However the system does not pull this tax in Sales Order or Sales Invoice. 

Is there any other setting to enable this option?

Hi,

Made tax rate zero in tax template and try. It should work.

Yes it is pulling the tax once you set rate as Zero in Sales Tax & Charges List. Another thing, if you set a default Sales Tax & Charges for a user the tax is not pulled until you again select the same manually.
