Hello Akshay,

Address can be added after saving customer. This is to enable user to add multiple addresses for one customer, if needed.

Hi Umair,

I understand that process. But being in a retail industry, sometimes we need to hurry in processing the customer details, therefore was thinking of doing the process in a single step.

thanks
Akshay

Hello Akshay,

As a work around, you can insert Custom Field in Customer master and track customer addresses in it. But this will require doing customization to pull customer address in sales transactions (like Sales Order and Invoice).

Ideally, we will recommend you adding customer address in standard way. You can quickly save customer (with Cltr+S) and proceed with adding address.
