How to contact developer to write plugin for our specialized field?

Hi there, 

I am intrigued by ERPNext and am interested in the possibility of having plugins wrote by the developer to make the product compatible with our industry. 

I love that it's open source and it's clean front end.  I am infuriated with our existing system's lack of functionality and expand-ability.  

If someone could get me some pricing, I would love to discuss it.
