Where is payment reconciliation tool in V4?

I am unable to find the payment reconciliation tool in the new v4.

The tool is under redevelopment, please wait for some days. You can do manual reconciliation by amending payment entry in the mean time.

Hi Robert,

The time to enjoy v4 is too far...since a lot of major changes mean that I have to learn a lot of github and its going to take a toll on me and hence I guess I would be in a position to check out the new features of v4 in about a weeks' time.
