Hi, What is the proper way to do this? Convert some old inventory items call "Item 1", I want to stock split into "Item 1A: and "Item 1B" including the cost such as 50% / 50%
Thanks.

Make a Stock Entry of type Manufacture/Repack. Keep the target warehouse blank for the item being split and the source warehouse blank for the by-products.

Hi meaning "Item 1" from Warehouse-1
I then create "Item 1A", "Item 1B" also for Warehouse-1
Blank the warehouse for "Item 1" and how do I do a new stock entry for "Item 1A" and "Item 1B"?
