Migration error

Hello All,

             I have taken the latest update (3.14.4) for my local setup.

I tried to migrate to version 4 using

git clone https://github.com/frappe/frappe-bench

cd frappe-bench

./scripts/install.sh migrate_3_to_4 /path/to/old/erpnext

but got following error

What is the error?

should have printed the error by pip
