Newsletter not working?

Hi, I am using v3.10.

I am testing the newsletter function, I get the test mail but not the newsletter even the pop up message said the newsletter was sent.

What do I need to check or provide here for further analysis?

Hi CJ,

Is you scheduler running? Check with `crontab -l`

Also, please make plans to upgrade to version 4.

I believe so, because I did receive email digest.

Qns about v4, I want to upgrade but I heard some report in accounting module has not been completed?

Also, what is the best way to upgrade v3 to v4? Does it mean that v3 support will be drop soon?

One bug that might be in v3 also was that it worked only if you supply
an email address without the first name, ie.

use exa...@example.com instead of "First Name"<exa...@example.com>

All features of v3 are ported to v4.

It has already been dropped. We're a small team :)

I am testing using custom send type, so I manually enter email address without the "First Name".

However, since v4 is the current platform I want to upgrade too.

Is there step/guide for the upgrade? or do a fresh installation of v4 and restore from back up?
