WSGI Production access port 80 instead of 8000?

Hi, I followed the guide: WSGI Production Deployment and everything is ok.

Why I can access erpnext with port 80 but not 8000?

I setup the same way with another one I setup 1 mth ago but that one is port 8000.

There must be something I mislooked.

ngnix.conf and gunicorn.conf is the same for both install.

Any idea?
