developer_mode and creating new DocType

Hello,

After trying to follow the guide in: frappe.io/developers/guide to create a new Doctype, I have enabled  "developer_mode". However, Could not find 'Doctype' in the File->new menu.

Any Ideas?

Are you logged in as administrator?

Did you do tools > clear cache

It seems that developer mode only work with the user:Administrator.

That did fix the issue. Thank for your help.
