I need to export Item Group Tree

I. 

I add a child to Item Group Tree and now, like fixtures, i want to export. 

I want when install my module that this child show in Item Group Tree.

Can you explain the use case? do you want a different Item Group tree by default?

I Rushabh. I want to add one more category (Variant) but this category i want to add only when my module is installed.

So like the image show i added but know i want to exported like fixtures to package with my module.
