Dear Sir,
Custom field is good!, Customize Form is nice, but Create Form and Create Report would have made the system more fantastic and complete. what do you think?

You can do both

New form is New DocType

You can create new Reports too.

Oh! that is what i was saying, can't creating New DeocType be part of of the ERPNext package like 'Customizing Forms' with out incurring additional learning?

The problem is that when you create new forms, you would want to do things like integration with other forms, automation etc that can only be done by code (so far) - There are 100% visual platforms, but they become restrictive - there is usually a balance between code and visual development each platform will maintain. 

And since development is open, maybe someone can build those features!
