Hi All,

Where is erpnext database located? I was thinking of linking it to access to generate some custom reports.

Mahesh,

Quick answer: no - its too risky. API is the best option.

If you have reports you want to execute, you can create an app and if it looks okay we will host it (at our discretion).

best,
Rushabh

Alternatively a script that mirrors a few transaction tables to a new database on a periodic interval and gain access to the mirror database if its too risky to touch the main database ?

You can extract the data via API and push it to another database.

If you have reports that you have made and are decent enough, we can host them / add them to the product too.
